🔄 Returns & Refunds | Royal Canadian Supplements
At Royal Canadian Supplements (Renu Bio Health Ltd.), we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within reason and within policy. Please review our guidelines below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
🗓️ Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange (except where required by law).
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Be in the same condition as received

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Please do not send your item back directly to the manufacturer.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used health products (including supplements)

Perishable goods (e.g. food, beverages)

Intimate or sanitary products (personal care, hygiene items)

Downloadable digital products or software
-
Gift cards
-
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Items purchased as final sale or marked non-refundable
💳 Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, such as for:

Books with visible signs of use

CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened

Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

Returns requested after 14 days but within 30 days (subject to approval)
🔁 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received your return.

You’ll be notified if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
⚠️ Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, standard shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card company (posting delays may apply)

Check with your bank (processing times vary)

🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email info@renubiohealth.com with your order number and details.

🎁 Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift (or shipped to the gift giver), the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items over $75.
